OVEM is a compact unit with a large variety of individually selectable functions for gentle, economical and reliable handling in a wide
range of industry segments. Five performance classes and the new IO-Link® communication standard make it the ideal solution for every application

Evacuation time and vacuum level are monitored using a vacuum sensor and shown on the display for greater process reliability and reduced machine downtime. The separately controllable ejector pulse ensures safe placement of the workpieces. To save energy, the integrated check valve prevents a pressure drop after the vacuum is switched off.

Easy to maintain

The integrated filter with inspection window for indicating when the OVEM needs to be maintained provides certainty. The open silencer means noise values are kept low while maintenance requirements are minimised.

Easy to operate

For a clear layout, all the control elements are placed on one side. IO-Link® makes commissioning and parameterisation very easy,
while M12 multi-pin plugs simplify electrical installation. The function integration keeps the assembly costs low.
