Festo Rod Fork, M16 x 1.5 – SG Series – SG-M16X1.5
Eliminate the high torsional forces in pneumatic cylinder drives with this rod fork from Festo. It is attached to the threaded front end of the piston rod and allows rotational movement of the cylinder in a single plane. The rod eye has a spherical shape for use with a matching spherical bearing. The wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C makes this product a versatile product for use in demanding industrial and automation applications.

Can I use this unit with my existing system?
This unit meets DIN 71752 standards for installation dimensions of rod-end forks. This makes it compatible with most common modular systems.
How do I install fork-mount rollers safely?
When using a rod fork, ensure that the pivot pin centerlines for the rod and cylinder are on the same axis. The centerline of the pivot pin of the cylinder must also rotate on an axis parallel to the pivot pin of the fork.
